Our Blue Barrier lenses were created with effective blue light filtering properties in the material. Blue Barrier HEV Blocking material is mixed into the plastic of the lens during manufacturing. Blue Barrier is also perfect for children as it provides protection even without a delicate coating.

What is a blue light blocker?
